ARCHITECTS PERCEPTION OF DESIGN:
Continuing the trend of ‘eco friendly’ townships, ‘MEADOWS HILL MIST’ is the second ‘green’ project by Nagpal Group after Dakshin Vihar. The project is completely in sync with ecology and is to be rated by ‘GRIHA’.
It is located in the newly developing area of kanchanwadi (paithan road), very near to Aurangabad railway station. A couple of high schools, shopping centers etc. are located in the vicinity.
– PLANNING & DESIGN
The township consists of row houses and apartment buildings. There is a huge landscaped open space with amenities like club house at the centre of the township. All the row houses are placed around this central open space. Apartment buildings are placed at both the ends of the site. Thus, the houses and landscape in the central area always remains shady and cool.
The apartments are high rise having 12 nos. of 2BHK flats on each floor placed around a landscaped podium garden. Covered parking for every flat is provided at the stilt level.
Row houses are full-fledged independent unit having all amenities like covered car porch, utility and storage areas along with landscaped gardens and terraces

The township has a very modern architectural character.
All the houses are oriented to get a view of either the surrounding hills or the internal landscape.Massing and pergolas render a beautiful effect of light and shadows.
– INTERIOR DESIGN ASPECTS
All the rooms have ample natural light & ventilation
Balconies are provided to all the rooms so that mini outdoor spaces are created on the upper levels as well. Lot of storage space is provided for each room
– LANDSCAPING
The existing plantation on the site is preserved. There is a huge landscaped area right at the centre of the township. This space consists of club house, gym, children’s park, sit outs for senior citizens, jogging tracks, party lawn etc. Apart from the common central landscape, every individual unit is provided with a private garden. Podium level landscaping is a unique feature provided for the apartment buildings.
-WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM :
The Township has its own central water supply system Separate underground overhead water tanks are constructed for Drinking & General utility purpose. Heavy duty pumps with standby are provided for each building.
-DRIP IRRIGETION SYSTEM :
The entire lawn covered by sprinklers & on the trees at the peri pheri of premises are covered with drip irrigation system.
-WATER HERVESTING SYSTEM:
- heavy duty paver blocks placed directly on the ground so that the rain water is
percolated in the ground.
- The rain water from the Terraces of all buildings collected in water collection
chambers throughpipeline system water chambers are connected to bore
wells. Hence the each drop of rain water is utilized & We never required the
water from outside.
-FIRE FIGHTTING SYSTEM :
The high rise buildings are equipped with fire fighting system. Wet rises down comers ,hose reel, hydrants, fire services inlet & fire alarms are provided as per the NBC norms.
